Each crystal may have its own cleansing preferences and we provide guidelines for each crystal type to help you.

Yes, all of our crystals and stones come from the earth and are genuine and natural. Some may be gently enhanced through methods like heat treatment or coloring to bring out their beauty, but we always share this openly in the product description.

Most of our crystals are sourced from Brazil, a country known for its rich and vibrant mineral deposits. However, not all stones come from the same place, each crystal has its own unique origin. You can always find the country of origin listed in the product description, so you know exactly where your crystal's journey began.

Our jewelry is crafted with stainless steel and genuine crystals, made to last and be loved. To keep your pieces shining, we recommend avoiding water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store them in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use.

Because your jewelry carries real crystal energy, you may also choose to cleanse or charge the stones from time to time, using moonlight, sound or your other favorite methods. A little care goes a long way in keeping both their beauty and energy vibrant.

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. However, please note that we currently do not ship to Spain due to tax regulations. We’re working on making this possible and hope to include Spain in our shipping zones soon. Thank you for understanding!

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location. You can expect your package within 5-10 business days for domestic orders, and international shipping may take longer. Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
